I must admit that I was very nervous about doing this myself. I received 4 codes not knowing which one I was to enter and I definitely didn't want to mess anything up.
Hours later I finally decided to do this; I followed the prompts and entered the 1st code and you just don't understand how happy I am that it worked.
You guys are awesome and I will definitely recommend anyone interested in having their phones addressed as I did.
